Attention to all EU customers
The VAT exemption at importation of small consignments up to 22 € is abolished as of 1 July 2021. It means that from 1 July 2021 customers from EU are responsible to pay VAT and other Customs fees when receive parcel with goods of any value purchased outside EU online. Please check tax rate in your country before placing order.

InTomyShop offers worldwide delivery using various delivery options.

We do not earn any additional income from delivery cost, we just put delivery cost into invoice “as is”. So we don’t have any interest to promote particular delivery option. We want to provide you best service with the lowest possible cost. It is why delivery options on “Cart” page are sorted by cost, from low to high. So our customers can easily select the best option, suitable for them.

Unfortunately, despite COVID-19 pandemic is over, delivery services quite often change rules, prices and even close delivery to some countries. We are trying our best to update delivery rates at InTomyShop web-site. But because delivery services do not notify us about changes, sometimes information about tariffs / availability could be incorrect. To avoid delays and cancellations, we decided manually check every order and confirm possibility of delivery before you pay.

The main service we use for delivery is Thailand Post.

Thailand Post offers 3 major delivery types: “Parcel”, “ePacket” and “Registered Airmail Package”. Please do not afraid word “packet”: it doesn’t mean “thin paper envelope”, this type of postage can be send in normal carton box or in strong plastic bag with bubble.

Thailand Post’s Parcel

Thailand Post’s parcel is convenient for quite big orders (more than 2 kilograms). For small orders (below 2 kg) it is quite expensive because of high “fixed” cost of 1st kilogram. For small orders better use another types of delivery (see below).

The maximum weight of parcel is 20 kg. (include box/package). But for some countries limit is only 10-15 kg.

This type of postage include tracking. When we send it we must fill special form (CP72) which includes delivery instructions and information for Customs:

The parcel could be “Airmail” or “Surface”. Surface is cheaper, but delivered longer time. Thailand post usually warns “it is around 3 months”. Airmail parcel is much more faster (1-4 weeks depend of destination country), but it is more expensive.

Availability of this delivery option depends of destination country. To some countries Thailand post accepts only Airmail parcels, to some countries both Airmail and Surface, to some countries does not accept “Parcel” postage at all.

Life-hack tip: sometimes it is cheaper to split one big parcel into two smaller packages. For example: two “Registered Airmail Packages” or ePackets 1.5 kg each could be cheaper than one 3kg “Surface Parcel”. We usually inform customers about this ability.

Thailand Post’s Registered International Airmail Package

The maximum weight for this postage is 2 kg. (include box/package). It includes registration (tracking number ) and uses Airmail only (no surface). When sending this type of postage we must fill CN22 form for Customs and attach it to package. However we don’t need to reveal detail of products, we just indicate type of product (i.e. “Herbal tonic”, “Seasoning”, “Herbal tea”, “Nasal inhaler”, “Herbal balm” etc.) without showing exact name / brand if possible.

Delivery time is vary depend on destination country. Usually it is within 3-4 weeks.

Because of limited tracking information and other restriction, InTomyShop uses this delivery option only if ePacket (see below) is not available for selected destination.

Thailand Post’s ePacket

ePacket (or ePacketLP inside South-East Asia) is another option offered by Thailand Post for small eCommerce postage. It very similar to Registered International Airmail Package (weight up to 2 kg, tracking number included), but it faster and shows more tracking information. Thailand Post promises to deliver it within 2 weeks.

This delivery option available only for selected countries (please refer to automatically updated current list at the end of text).

The weight charged per 100g (fraction less than 100g counted as full 100g).
The maximum weight is 2kg., except the United Kingdom for which maximum weight is 5kg. When sending this type of postage we must fill CN22 form for Customs and attach it to package. However we don’t need to reveal detail of products, we just indicate type of product (i.e. “Herbal tonic”, “Seasoning”, “Herbal tea”, “Nasal inhaler”, “Herbal balm” etc.) without showing exact name / brand if possible.

Thailand Post’s other options

There are some other delivery options offered by Thailand Post, such as EMS World Package and Courier Post (Merchandise). They are quite expensive, so we did not include them to available delivery options list shown on “Cart” page. However sometimes they are the only available options to given destination. If there are no other delivery options to your country, we can manually calculate delivery cost using those services and offer you for consideration.

Conclusion

When we show delivery options on the “Cart” page, we sort them by cost, from low to high. And by default the cheapest option is selected.

However delivery cost is not the single thing you need to consider while selecting option. Please also take in account delivery time and possible issues with Customs in your country.

Customs regulations differ from country to country. To avoid unnecessary spending for Customs fees, please check Customs regulations in your country before you place order. It includes maximum cost and/or weight of order for which you don’t need to pay fees/taxes.

Also carefully check restricted / prohibited items list in your country. Sometimes the goods freely sold in Thailand could be prohibited or restricted in some countries.
