\nWe have good news for you: we arranged some new delivery options in our shop.
\nBefore we had only 2 options: “International Letter Air” and “International parcel Air”. Both of them use Priority Airmail and has tracking number, so you can always check where is your order. <\/p>\n
Those 2 options fast, secure and reliable. But sometimes you need another options.<\/p>\n
For example, Thailand Post doesn’t accept any liquids in Airmail. So such goods as shampoo, coconut oil, spray etc could not be sent this way.
\nBut now we can send those products using DHL. You can select “DHL Packet International Standard” or “DHL Packet Plus International Standard”. First option is cheaper, but it is “semi-tracking”. It is mean that postage tracked only till DHL hub (logistics center) in destination country. Delivery from hub to consignee arranged with DHL’s partners, and there are no tracking. The second option is little bit more expensive, but it fully tracked.
\nmaximum possible weight for this 2 options is 2 kg. Due technical restriction there are also minimum weight. Depending on destination country it is between 79-345g for DHL Packet International Standard and 0-151g for DHL Packet Plus International Standard.
\nFor more heavy postage (more than 2 kg) we offer “International parcel Surface”. But unfortunately, this option available not for every country.<\/p>\n
Yet another case when Priority Airmail with tracking is not suitable for customer is when customer not in hurry to get order, but wants to save on delivery.
\nIn this case we suggest use Economy Airmail (SAL), and probably do not use tracking number.<\/p>\n
For your convenience the delivery options on checkout page sorted by cost, from cheap to expensive. <\/p>\n
